“This was my puppy's first full groom and I wanted to make sure he would be comfortable. I called and spoke with the owner and he answered all of my questions, which eased my anxiety. They gave me the first morning appointment for the following week and when we arrived, the owner came out, talk to us some more and I explained more about my puppy's skin allergies and his special shampoo that needed to be used. I also gave him copies of his rabies vaccine and other vaccinations, as they require that prior to grooming or day of play. While we talked, the owner played with my pup and then brought him in to be groomed. As promised, my puppy was done and ready to be picked up at 10:30am. Everyone there was so kind and attentive and I am so happy I chose to take my baby there - we definitely will be taking him back!“

“I just had to bring my 17 week old here he was congested and they treated him with such loving care ,they made it as stressless as possible .He was given 2 medicines while he was there . When we got home within a half hour he went and ate a little and had perked up a little. His brother was happy to have him come back home. He is kind and gives you choices through his recommendations of how to help your pet. Dr. E called back several times the days following our visit to check on chirpy and her progress. I was very worried because I didn't want to just shave the dog, but was looking for professionals who know how to work with scissors.
