Needed a power cord for my laptop for work. I went to Walmart - the one I bought from them did not work. the Walmart employee suggested computer works. I went there on my lunch and within 10 minutes I had a working power cord. He saved the day for my job!!!

We boarded our dog last September for a 2 week stay. Prior to his stay, our dog had had been to the Doggy Daycamp several times so he could become familiar with Tyler and Sarah. They were very patient with Lino. Updates were given daily to another family member since we were in Europe. Initially, Lino refused to eat, however, they were able to work through that. When we picked up Lino, there was no concerns. He didn't even have a single matt in his hair which I was very grateful that they had brushed him.

I researched multiple businesses throughout Oneida and Syracuse and surrounding areas for a hair stylist. I used reviews from other users, location to me and pricing to make my decision. I am so thrilled I found Lauren at Thee Beauty Lounge. I have colored my hair for years from a box and decided it was time to go natural and give in to aging. Besides the fact that I was tired of my hair. Lauren did an amazing job and spent a good deal of time undoing my mess of hair. Lauren's personality was great. Pricing was very fair compared to other businesses and less than expected. Thee Beauty Lounge was clean and comfortable, centrally located in Oneida and has convenient parking. Google does not have enough gold stars for my review. Thank you Lauren. I appreciate you and look forward to our next appointment.

Finding a dog groomer in this area that will accept new clients is lie finding a needle in a haystack. I had an older lab, who was way overdue for a grooming and a puppy lab that is my wild child, go into see her today after fitting us in on a short notice. She did an amazing job! I was unfortunately busy at work and couldn't drop them off or pick them up so I had a family help with that but I had to call her and personally thank her for doing an amazing job. She Def takes pride in what she does and was a pleasure to talk to.

I don’t get my eyes examined there but it is a great place to have good service for buying your glasses and that will except my insurance and will explain to me what the insurance will pay for and what I will have to pay . They are very helpful and I only had to wait a week and couple of days for my glasses to come in . Very convenient for me too, my son works there at Walmart in Oneida.

I can’t express enough how wonderful of a hairdresser Amanda is at Best Cuts, she has been taking care of me since 2005, I don’t even live in the state anymore but I still drive all the way back for her to take care of me. It’s worth it for real, her prices are more than reasonable so please tip her well. She cares about her clients and makes the experience better every time. I get highlights and low lights every time.

We had a main water line break and flood several rooms in our house. The insurance company did nothing to help us, so I called Gary Heffron and he responded right away. He came out, assessed the damage and wrote up a very itemized quote for us to submit to our insurance adjuster. There should be no question now as to what needs to be done. Best product in the upstate area. Ordered A.C.C.'s Vericrete product for my lake house and the it looks fantastic, I get complements continually. Also got a septic tank that I had customly built to meet the specifications of it being close to the ake. The engineers and knowledge of the field that they have at the company is unparalleled to any other precast producer I've encountered. After figuring out the specs for the tank they had it built and installed for me within a week. I am grateful for their exceptional customer service and ability to be flexible and innovative with their wide array of top of the line products. Overall 10/10

Great company to deal with! We have an older copper roof that leaked, and the installer, Steve Eaton, was very knowledgeable on our style roof. He knew just how to make the repairs with a minimum of new copper needed. He was excellent and went above & beyond!

The firewood we ordered was very well seasoned and cut to the perfect size just like we asked for. We’ve had bad experiences with other places giving us wet trash wood so it’s nice to find a great business like this who was professional, friendly and stand by what they claim. They showed up when they said they would and delivered a great product. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Marc gave me an estimate as well as date and time he’d come for electrical repairs that were needed at my elderly father’s home. He arrived as scheduled on time with a few of his workers and had the job done in a couple of hours.
After numerous attempts to get other electricians here and my elderly father nearly rolled over the coals($$) by a few other electricians, Marc was the most honest and reasonable priced to say the least.

All of the staff members take their time, they are very friendly, very professional, can do a lot of designs free handed, and execute them perfectly the first time. Worth the wait, book an appointment to avoid waiting. 110% recommend this business.
Urtz was fast in getting us scheduled. The tech was very polite and fixed the leak in our boiler that a different heating company missed. Their rate is very reasonable, a third of what the other company charged us. They also diagnosed the issues correctly and let us know what actually needed to be replaced (instead of just trying to sell us a new unit). We would recommend Urtz and will use them in the future.
