Called and had to get after hours service but having heat was important for my family. They let me know the price upfront and took care of me the same day, the tech showed up in record time which made me happy right from the start. Called several other companies and they couldn’t come out right away (saying a day or more later). The tech Derrick was knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything in detail which was important to me. Multiple weeks without heat, multiple fixes with still no success, still waiting for a fix and it's cold! 12/6/21 Okay....update.. Derrick finally was sent to our house and diagnosed the problem and we now have heat.

Derrick was the service technician that was sent out to us. Very nice guy, really professional and able to decipher the maze of pipes in our 170 year old house. We have no doubt that our heating system is going to cost significantly less to use this winter. Our thanks to Urtz for sending him here. We will definitely call them if we need any other help in the future.
