The staff is accommodating and friendly, and they will try to accommodate any last-minute requests. Prices are typical for the area. Customers have reported coming out of their appointments with amazing nails and being very happy with the services provided. However, some customers have expressed feeling uncomfortable with being pressured to get gel services and comments made in a foreign language. The majority of the staff is reported to have no personality. Overall, Oneida Nail and Spa is a place that provides good nail services, but there is room for improvement in customer experience.
They did such a great job with my daughters mani and pedi I stopped by to get my nails filled a little early! They fixed everything the other salon did and such a cute design just what I wanted. Thank you for taking these uneven claws and turning them into beautiful nails!
I’ve been in a few places this is definitely my favorite, this is my 2nd time and my nails are exactly the way I want them. Not too thick, well shaped and in less than an hour🩷 100/10 highly recommend.
Place was inviting very polite I was very happy to go for my first time I got family that always go here so I went with my friend our nails came out amazing couldn't be anymore happy definitely recommending others to come here!!
