I recently took my hard drive to Computer Works, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience! While the technician wasn't able to recover everything I needed, he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything in a way that I could easily understand, which I truly appreciated.

The man working there was so helpful in diagnosing the problem in my computers hardware, and even though he couldn't fix the problem himself, he was able to recommend me to someone who fixed it very quickly and professionally. Also, the shop cats, Midnight and Lucy I believe, were just so cute.
Needed a power cord for my laptop for work. I went to Walmart - the one I bought from them did not work. the Walmart employee suggested computer works. I went there on my lunch and within 10 minutes I had a working power cord. He saved the day for my job!!!
