The staff is described as great, polite, and professional. Patients praise the quality of care and specific treatment plans, noting that the staff is caring, competent, and takes the time to listen. Many patients appreciate the friendly and professional environment, especially when children are involved. For example, a granddaughter with an earache was treated promptly on a Sunday, and another patient received attentive care after their child was diagnosed with asthma. The staff, including providers like Lindsey, is highly recommended for their confidence-inspiring and excellent care. However, one patient mentioned that WellNow does not accept Blue Cross insurance and found the process for forwarding medical results to their doctor to be inconvenient.
Right from the time you walk in the door you are greeted with a friendly smile. The entire staff from receptionist , to nurse to MD or PA are all kind, courtesy and listen. How many times do you go to a Professional because you are in need and they ask how are you and what are your symptoms and they don't really listen. I didn't feel that way. They actually look you in the eye when you talk and they have smiles on their faces. I totally recommend them when you can't get in to see your primary care physician. And the wait time was short. They Rock in my book.
The facility was clean, the staff informative and friendly. PA Montagna took the time to go over everything with me instead of rushing me out the door. This is where I am going from now on.
I drive out of my way now to go to the Oneida location specifically, all of the staff are wonderful from the front desk to nurses and providers. Have had to go twice in the last year for my kids and great experiences both times. Highly recommend.
