We ordered new glasses for my mother, and paid in full at the time of ordering. My mom passed away before we were able to pick up the new glasses. Allen Eye Associates gave us a full refund on the cost of the glasses. This was an unexpected and very gracious gesture.

Had an eye visit for an annual checkup and it went great. They did not rush me and did not push me into ordering glasses or contacts from them. Very easy to deal with and we have scheduled eye exams for other family members! Thank you!

I couldn't believe how friendly and professional the staff are at Allen Eye Associates! Right from the start, the front desk was welcoming and the tech that did my pretesting was efficient and very kind.The doctor that I saw, I think his name is Dr. Nelson, was the star of the show. He was so patient and explained things to me in a manner I could understand without ever seeming like he was talking down to me. I could really tell he has a passion for helping people and it shows in his work.After finishing up with the doctor, I picked out some glasses in their optical boutique and I'm so thankful for their helpful opticians.
