The vet was very thorough, he answered all my questions, he didn’t seem like he was in a rush, he was so great and loving with my dog. Everyone had great attitudes, very friendly, the office was very clean and they treated my dog as loving as I do. I would 100% be staying with them. They were also very affordable.“

They were calm and professional (and calmed us down, too.) We found the ring later after the vet assured us it wasn’t inside our dog. “My vet’s office closed in Farmingdale and the vet I was using moved to Paumanok in Patchogue. Not a close ride as I live in Plainview. But it love Dr Kuehn and I figured it was worth a try. I was happy on both visits for each of my cats, even though, my little guy, Bobby Boo is more like a mountain lion rather than a 10lb cat. He hates everyone but he’s not paying the bills. Nice facility. Staff is great. I’m happy. If you live close to Patchogue, give it a try.“

Hope had Addison's disease, and Dr. McAnn walked us through every single step - explaining everything clearly, guiding us through treatments, and making sure we understood exactly what Hope needed to live a happy and comfortable life. When a serious stomach issue was discovered a little over a year ago - which we feared might be cancer
- the team continued to support us with compassion, knowledge, and honesty.
What truly meant the most to us was that we were never judged or pressured about our decisions. Instead, they gave us smart, thoughtful options and respected what we felt was best for Hope. In some of the hardest moments of our lives, they treated us with kindness, patience, and understanding.
Hope passed away yesterday, and while our hearts are broken, we are at peace knowing she was cared for by such an amazing team.
