“Valerio Contracting is the most AMAZING local company I've dealt with!My husband and I bought a new home that was a major fixer upper. The roof was old, layers and in disarray. The siding was cracked and leaking into our new home.Rick came promptly to assess the damage. He went into great detail about what needed repairs and what did not. His service was honest and direct.We contracted his company to do our roof on spots that had to be repaired after removing an old chimney and ended up doing the entire house. His fixed the leaking siding and gave us opinions on additional siding on the home that we agreed with and had repaired.We also had him add venting to our under roof soffits around the home. They sparkled up the gutters and added gutter guards. The house looks like it got a total face lift...AMAZING!From day one, Rick was on the job throughout the week. He was checking the quality and managing the project. His workers were top class and definitely knew what they where doing. “Jared and crew of AJ Construction recently did a deck staining for me, ,they were on time, very professional and meticulous about their work, it really showed they take pride in their work no matter how small or big a job, they used top of the line deck stain without me even asking,they worked extremely neat and competitively price, will most likely use AJ Construction for other projects. **Note** from the before and after pics, if you see some spots of wood filler, it is MY fault, originally was going to do solid stain but then switched to semi transparent, Aj construction did their best by applying 3 coats in those areas but ultimately it was my fault not theirs.“

“It was a pleasure working with the staff at Emerald Roofing. The price they quoted was comparable to the other quotes I received. They replaced all the shingles and plywood on half of my roof. They arrived in the morning with a large crew and were all done within a half day. All the garbage was dumped in a container in my driveway and was taken away the next day. The property was left spotless. They actually went around my property with a special magnet to remove any nails that may have fallen in the lawn or driveway. I would recommend them highly.“

“I have used Avellino Construction for two different projects between August and October. The first project involved the demo of a side concrete walkway and replacement with Cambridge pavers. The second project which was recently completed was the demo and reconstruction of my front steps. In both cases Joe and his crew did excellent work. Joe was present daily while the work was being done and assisted his crew when needed. I am a stickler for detail and neatness and they were excellent in both regards.Avellino Construction gave reasonable quotes and did thorough cleanups each night before leaving. “Wanted to give a shout out to Brothers Construction on the beautiful craftsmanship on our home. We had siding and gutters done. Luis was very personable, the minute we met him. Every question I asked, he answered and always said “don’t worry, you will be happy” in spite of the rain, Simon and his crew came and worked real hard. They did some amazing work. The gutter guys came at the end of the day and put gutters on the whole house in like two hours just amazing and beautiful. I look at my home every day and smile.
