They did a great job and everyone did their best to answer all my questions and make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Saul was always cheerful and showed me lots of different shingle color options. The project managers Raffy and Jessie were very helpful and responsive.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Sol! He made the process so easy and was responsive to all my questions and concerns. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The team was efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Would definitely use them again!
I had Saul from Emerald Roofing come out to evaluate some roof and drainage issues, and I was honestly very impressed.
What stood out immediately was how knowledgeable and direct he is. More importantly, he truly listens and takes the time to understand the full sequence of events and challenges before offering a solution—a huge plus compared to others who jump to conclusions.
Saul is professional, innovative, and very easy to talk to. I really appreciated his honest and thorough approach.
I highly recommend him if you’re dealing with any roofing or gutter issues.
