“Valerio Contracting is the most AMAZING local company I've dealt with!My husband and I bought a new home that was a major fixer upper. The roof was old, layers and in disarray. The siding was cracked and leaking into our new home.Rick came promptly to assess the damage. He went into great detail about what needed repairs and what did not. His service was honest and direct.We contracted his company to do our roof on spots that had to be repaired after removing an old chimney and ended up doing the entire house. His fixed the leaking siding and gave us opinions on additional siding on the home that we agreed with and had repaired.We also had him add venting to our under roof soffits around the home. They sparkled up the gutters and added gutter guards. The house looks like it got a total face lift...AMAZING!From day one, Rick was on the job throughout the week. He was checking the quality and managing the project. His workers were top class and definitely knew what they where doing. “It was a pleasure working with the staff at Emerald Roofing. The price they quoted was comparable to the other quotes I received. They replaced all the shingles and plywood on half of my roof. They arrived in the morning with a large crew and were all done within a half day. All the garbage was dumped in a container in my driveway and was taken away the next day. The property was left spotless. They actually went around my property with a special magnet to remove any nails that may have fallen in the lawn or driveway. I would recommend them highly.“

Lou, Mike and Dennis were extremely knowledgeable about roofing and provided a fair quote and incredible 15 year warranty on the work. No company could compare. Hastings had about a dozen or so workers complete my 3,500 square foot roof in less than two days and were extremely professional throughout and took care to protect my property and the rest of my house. “Wanted to give a shout out to Brothers Construction on the beautiful craftsmanship on our home. We had siding and gutters done. Luis was very personable, the minute we met him. Every question I asked, he answered and always said “don’t worry, you will be happy” in spite of the rain, Simon and his crew came and worked real hard. They did some amazing work.
