The team follows the contract, tells you of any changes in advance and fixes issues immediately. Some customer point to communication issues, delays, ambiguous updates and a timeline not followed, but overall the team deliver high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
JKR Construction did a fantastic job repairing my roof leak! I called on Tuesday, they came to give me an estimate Tuesday evening, and they were able to come out today, Thursday afternoon, for the repair. Alberto and his crew were professional, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire process. They took pictures of the work as it progressed and clearly explained each step, so I always knew what was happening. I highly recommend JKR Construction to anyone needing roofing work!
I had the roof replaced and my shed roof done as well with all brand new gutters. They were very thoughtful and worked quick! The roof looks amazing and they explained every detail of the process when giving the estimate. They go by the contract and if any changes need to be made they tell you in advance but not likely to happen. My roof was over 50 years old and only 1 unknown thing popped up and they immediately fixed the issue. It was great meeting and working with them. Would 100% recommend.
Communication was a major issue throughout the project. There were delays and misconceptions, making the procedure difficult. I hope they can enhance their project management and consumer communication.
