I was away in Australia for the month of July and they were always communicating with me regarding my son's broken window. They email and call you within 24 hours of you calling them. They sent a service member to my house to install the window and he was polite, prompt and professional. I couldn't be happier with the service and customer satisfaction is 100% perfect.
