I usually do not post recommendations, but this company was outstanding and I wanted to share my experience.

I contacted Premium Construction regarding small handyman projects. John, the owner, returned my call within the hour. I was very surprised he was willing to do small projects. And I was more surprised he was willing to come to look at my project list at 8:00 pm that night. Upon meeting him, I could tell he was professional, friendly and customer service oriented. He told me I would have my quote the next day. The next morning, I had my quote, which indicated reliability from the start.

I changed my project list several times. John sent me a new quote for each revision. He worked within my budget and adjusted his pricing whenever he could. His rates were fair and reasonable. On the day of my project, he showed up early, went over everything and then his team started working immediately. If I wanted something touched-up or changed, there was no hesitation to re-do anything. His team also stayed late to make sure they completed everything on my list, including some extra stuff, as John indicated, everything would be done in one day. And after working over 8 hours, when one of the workers noticed a small leak in my washing machine hose (the machine was not even on my list), he came back the next day, as promised, worked around my schedule, installed the new hose and would not accept any extra money for the hose nor his time.

When my projects were completed, I could tell everything was done by professionals who were skilled in their craft. John communicated with me every step of the way, responded to all of my questions, proved he was trustworthy, reliable, and deserved his 5 star ratings (think he deserves more than a 5). Not only did everything on my project list, came out better than I expected, he also contacted me a week later to make sure everything was fine. And if needed, was willing to change anything I was not happy with. He truly went above and beyond my expectations.

I highly recommend this company. They were honest, responsive, upfront, and very fair with their pricing. I was in a difficult situation after a previous roofing company took approximately 75% of the cost of my roof replacement and left me with no roof and a disaster. Due to licensure, insurance and permit issues the previous company could not complete the job.

Knowing how urgently I needed help, Premium Construction adjusted their schedule to accommodate me and got my roof and gutters replaced. The entire team was professional and respectful of my property. They cleaned up after themselves, properly disposed of the debris, and did a great job from start to finish.
