My journey of having tension in my neck, arms, and dysfunctional patterns led me to come here as last resort. I attempted to do rehabilitation (stretch, eat, lifestyle) on my own and nothing was working. I had deeper issues, more than I can handle.
After landing in the office I was excited as I had no expectation and trusted the process.

Months of working on areas, learning more about my body, and not just physically releasing all the tension, they were there to give little nudge and guidance mentally. They were very kind and worked with my body. I wanted it done quick, yet, the body takes time, we just need to consistently show up for the body with care and honesty. Which Thrive Chiropractor reinforces.

Short sysnopis of my issues: I had issues with my arms, tightness that ran through them. Making it hard to bring my arms out. Issues with scapula, shoulder dysfunction, and insane amount of tension in the neck. Short story, bunch of years of Dysfunctions (mentally and physically).

This was a hard journey, as sometimes we’d make amazing progress and some days I’d be disappointed wanting to be “perfect”. Thought consistency showing up in and out and love heal the body. I can gladly say, they have gave me a different insight. Im very excited to keep on this journey, I can move my arms freely up and over. It’s odd yet makes you want to use the new range of motion.”
