I have been doing business with AVA since 2020 and every time I am well pleased with the service and the work. They are polite, kind and hardworking and they explain everything to me which means a lot because if you don't have a man reviewing or negotiating sometimes contractors are not very forthcoming. I trust them with any project that I hire them to complete!

Edit: after posting this negative review on Friday, I am upgrading to a neutral review because I received a phone call on Saturday and the windowsill trim was replaced and the issue resolved on Monday.
I was really hoping to leave a positive review because the materials and work ethic of the roofing crew and the gutter sub-contractor was excellent but 3 months later I can't.
(Roof seems to be ok through the torrential rains of early September.) Hopefully it holds as well when the winter storms arrive.)
Clean-up could have been better. It was a good thing that I had use of a rolling/wheel magnet to get missed nails out of our driveway, our garden and our neighbors yard.
Communication, accountability and follow through have beenvery poor.
Still waiting, after three months, for a windowsill trim piece that was damaged when debris was tossed off the roof to be replaced. I've gotten "stories" but still a no show and now no responses to texts or emails.
However they were very good at communicating when they wanted final payment before the job was finished and when asking for reviews and referrals.
Gutter sub-contractor showed up without warning as we were leaving to do errands. If we had missed them, they wouldn't have known what we wanted done.
Excellent workers, excellent materials but poor customer service.
