“I was doing some repair work and got in over my head. Long story short: the water supply valve to my new toilet gave way and I had to turn off the water supply to my upstairs bathroom. I literally spent four hours trying to fix the problem,. My wife was not happy. I called Scott (the owner) and he literally dropped everything and came out to my house. This was 6:30 at night with a major snow storm coming in. Scott was at my house within 20 minutes of my call and in less than half an hour he had the problem fixed with a new pipe and valve. He was courteous and answered all of my questions. Cost me $200, but totally worth it. Happy wife. Happy life.“

So if you can hold off until business hours, you’ll likely not have to pay a fortune.I kept this 5 stars because my technician Rico (Melvin) was outstanding and did a great job.
