Bad experience. I ordered a bracelet based on good reviews on Facebook. The bracelet was too small, the wrong color, and my wife said it did not look masculine at all. So I emailed to ask for return information, since none is provided when you purchase. No response for a few days, and when I followed up someone emailed me asking what was wrong with the bracelet. They advertise free returns, but obviously don't make it easy. This person also admitted that the company is understaffed.
