“I've come here several times and was always very happy with my cut and color. Today I wanted to try out the Shibuya Head SPA -zen- with Blowout and was so glad I did! Mizuki was super knowledgable and attentive. In addition to a consultation and scalp analysis, there was a relaxing 40 minute massage followed by a series of cleansing, treatment, rinse and conditioning. I highly recommend adding the blowout and styling afterwards. My hair felt super soft and I felt so refreshed and relaxed. I'll continue to come here for my haircuts, but definitely want to do the head spa again too!“

I emailed them at midnight on Friday at by Saturday morning I was booked for Sunday! Honestly I was so impressed at the responsiveness alone and them fitting me in last minute. Lucy arrived at my hotel room and when she asked what I wanted, I had no idea - but she asked all the right questions to narrow down a look that was perfect for me, quickly and efficiently! She had me all done in an hour. She gave me a look that was perfectly me and I felt beautiful all night! She also gave me a touch up kit with blotting sheets and extra lipstick which was a very thoughtful touch.
