His knowledge of the insurance systems, wigs, and basic human compassion has put me at ease about loosing my hair. He thoroughly explained my options, managed my expectation , and stoped me from dreading this next step.
As an added bonus, I have an ability to go back and donate my hair so some child can have a little more joy in their life.
