I have always wanted a subtle muted brown balayage but all the other salons I have been to so far either makes it too light or orange. After I booked the appointment online, Megumu emailed me and asked about my history, and inspirational pictures. There was also an in person consultation at the time of the appointment. The service took about 4 hours but it was well worth it. Megumu was focused, attentive, knowledgeable and detail oriented, which reflects on her work. After I read the items that were available, I made an appointment to meet with a stylist.I was able to get a convenient time for that week. When I came and met Alex, she was very easy to speak with. I had been in over 2 weeks when we talked about the human hair that I wanted and the color that I wanted, etc. Alex was able to make the perfect color and the cut is wonderful. I initially came in with a disastrous green/brown splotchy hair color that was done at home with months of overgrowth and she was able to correct all the different bands and perfectly interpreted the fantasy color that I wanted. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She even offered me a towel for my legs since I was wearing a shorter outfit which I appreciated as I didn’t have to worry about having to constantly check to see if I needed to readjust myself. “I first visited Christo Fifth Avenue today with my mother and let me tell you it was incredible! My stylist’s name was Igor and he was a literal angel from heaven. My hair was damaged and thin from the water quality at my college/my blond hair dye. I originally only went in for a consult but ended up learning how to heal my hair and make it grow in a healthy way.
