“AMAZ—INGGGG!!! Diana was at the front desk and she was so warm and welcoming!! My nail tech (gatekeeping) was also so diligent and detail oriented. Such a great first impression and I’m so happy to have come across this salon!! I was able to walk in and make an appointment to be seen right away!!! I was offered a handmade Americano and a sweet treat (I couldn’t eat but really wanted to haha) the cafe was sooooo good!! The chairs in the salon are usually so uncomfortable after 30 mins—however, here I felt so comfortable the entire time!! I’m soo pleased, and happy I broke up with my salon that didn’t value my customer service. I felt immediately valued and taken care of as if I had been here a long time! “I was able to book a last-minute appointment two weeks ago for some pre-birthday prep, which I greatly appreciated. It was my first time getting a Russian pedicure which I wanted to try after getting a series of laser treatments at my podiatrist to treat a toenail issue. I was wary of going back to regular pedicures and heard dry pedicures are better. I was so happy with the results. My feet felt so soft and looked great. Alex was very detailed and meticulous and even though I was a little sensitive (I always am when getting pedicures), he put me at ease so I could relax. I preferred to have some color so went with a pretty berry red in their regular polish. The studio was quiet and comfortable and I loved that they were playing old Sex and the City episodes. I also got a yummy latte, which was much needed before I headed to the movies. I can't wait for my next appointment, I had a great experience.“
