I've had my hair cut by Katsu for years and specifically made sure to follow him to Salon Bezjon (a fantastic salon in a great location just south of Central Park). Katsu is attentive, professional, and always meticulous in the job he does, and there's trust no one I'd trust more to cut my hair.
I've been going here for years and absolutely love the salon's friendly and professional vibe. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I have my hair colored and cut by Laura and she is amazing. I highly recommend this salon!
Katsu has been my hairstylist for more years than I care to remember! I have followed him from his first location on West 86th Street when I followed a client leaving the salon to ask who cut her hair and made my first appointment. I recently realized the extent of Katsu’s skill when I observed him teach an apprenticed student how to cut my hair. What most amazed me was his demonstration of how he followed the growth patterns of the hair as he determined how to shape and cut. From brown to blonde to silver, with lovely highlights aglow, Katsu alone has been my inspirational guru on my quest for beautiful hair!
