Wanda and her team were absolutely amazing!! This was my first time using them, and my dogs second time ever being groomed. Upon arrival, I was greeted so warmly by the entire team. The store is local to where I live, and very cleanly inside. My dog was extremely matted when I dropped him off, and they made sure to not only get out every single mat, but they also were able to keep my dogs poodle features (which was my main concern)!!When I picked my dog up, he was very happy and excited; no nicks, no scratches, he's in perfect condition! I can tell that they really cared for my dog from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this groomer to any, and everyone that is looking for amazing customer service, and a great job done!Bear will absolutely be back!
Wanda and her staff do a wonderful grooming job on our Shih-tzu Milo. Milo can be snippy at times especially around his face and when it comes to nail clipping. Wanda gets the job done! He smelled heavenly and left adorned in the cutest, adorable pom pom choker. Wanda and her staff are very professional and they pay close attention to detail. Reasonable prices. In by 10:30am and received a call he was done at 12:30pm. Highly recommended neighborhood groomer and a very happy doggie!
I’ve referred people here numerous times. I don’t have a dog myself, but I do work in the veterinary field and every client that I have recommended to this place, they have done a beautiful grooming!
