“Any house restoration work is never easy, but it was a breeze with Gemini. We got hit with a leak on the roof in one of kids bedrooms and Floor issues in our family and living rooms after strong winds and rain hit our Area. We called our home insurance and they sent Gemini to do assessment and remediation and they got there 2 days after we placed a call to our home Insurance. They did their work and i was impressed with how much pride they had with their job. they always leave the house dust and debris free and as a mom of two kids i appreciated it. Their work was great. Kelly gave me a great first impression When he came in with his crew along with Fernando. He tells me what was wrong what the process is and what to expect. He communicated well with Matt and i was surprised that Matt came to the site twice and has also kept in touch for any concerns And i am thankful for that. They patched up the areas they have to take apart nicely. The painting crew did an amazing job! Thanks to Ricardo, Chris, Kevin and a few more. They fixed the roof and Talus was straight forward and easy to talk to. They also did our floors. they did good! we had some concerns and they were addressed as fast as we could have expected. Erin and Sophia has made communication via phone calls and emails as easy as possible For me and my husband. All the employees we have come across with has been soo pleasant. We see and hear a lot of home restorations go south but the confidence the crew gave the whole time they were here kept us calm and worry free. We definitely would want to work with them again.“

They walked us through every step of the process, helped us put our belongings in boxes, and shuffled things around in the apartment while we dealt with our insurance.Whenever we had a concern, Felix was always there either onsite or on the phone. He calmed our anxiety as this is our first time going through something like this. When we had to be out of town, Felix was more than happy to video chat during the builder walkthrough.I honestly cannot thank him and his team enough. Such great people. “Our insurance company set it up for us when our pipes broke and our ceiling collapsed in our master bedroom doing a lot of damage. First the response team came with machines to dry everything out and remove the wet carpet. Then we had Jennifer come out to check the damage . She was great . Can't say enough about this very lovely young lady. They arranged a suitable date to start renovation and restoration. The men they sent were also amazing . Did the job in two days. Looks like this damage never happened. They put down the flooring we picked and redid the ceiling and all work to make our bedroom beautiful again. I will definitely use PD again.
