Jeremy is absolutely amazing to work with!Professional, responsive , quality of work, follow up and he prices are great. i recently worked with Servpro of Lower East Side of Manhattan for the purpose of cleaning up a water leak from my upstair's neighbor's bathroom into my bathroom. I live across the country and there was a ton of daily coordination to get the job done in addition to the fact that I like to be involved so i ask a lot of questions and request daily updates. The manager on the project was Chris Roja - and he really did an exceptional job in addition to being a really great guy. He was totally on top of organizing his team - his workers were efficient, in and out quickly, they took daily water meter readings and would relay the information back to Chris so he could analyze...read full review
