I have recently returned to training in the martial arts, and I am very pleased with training at Master Frys Karate school. If you are a beginner or seasoned, Fry's Karate in New Windsor is the place to train. Master Fry and his staff are encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. I was able to observe the children's classes and the children were not only learning but they were having fun. The owner and chief instructor, Master Fry shows patience and nurturing levels which are very productive in learning. Master Fry is an exceptional practitioner in his art. Anyone who is taking classes with him will be getting some of the best martial arts instruction in the area. Master Fry teaches students of all ages and is able to create lessons that suit those in the class and challenge them. If you're looking for a workout, self defense, or even a community of excellent and like minded individuals, then you can find it all at Fry's.

Frys is the best Martial arts school hands down. Master fry is extremely skilled and great with kids. The school has a wonderful lively environment and can tech anyone at any level.
