“Staff was excellent and knowledgeable about everything I came in with, including past HRT and gender affirming care and how that interacts with my current birth control. Well-informed, kind, and excellent bedside manner. Annie the nurse practitioner was especially nice and took all of my concerns seriously. She was great at explaining things and talked to me like an actual person whereas other doctors have treated me like I'm stupid (partially due to my mental health conditions). Rating 4 because the staff had me go home after waiting 40 minutes and come back an hour and a half later, which was inconvenient, but the care was so good that I don't even mind that much.“

I felt very comfortable during both the examination and consultation. The practice is well equipped, and I was able to have a pelvic sonogram completed before leaving the facility.“
