Staff was excellent and knowledgeable about everything I came in with, including past HRT and gender affirming care and how that interacts with my current birth control. Well-informed, kind, and excellent bedside manner. Annie the nurse practitioner was especially nice and took all of my concerns seriously. She was great at explaining things and talked to me like an actual person whereas other doctors have treated me like I'm stupid (partially due to my mental health conditions). Rating 4 because the staff had me go home after waiting 40 minutes and come back an hour and a half later, which was inconvenient, but the care was so good that I don't even mind that much.

This is my second appt. with them. All the staff are very professional. Knowledgeable. And caring. I appreciate how well they answered all my questions. I know I could get my female healthcare within my other network but PP are always the best. They always go above and beyond. It is worth going out of my way to go here. All staff were wonderful, reception to medical assistant to NP.

I would recommend this place 100 %, the staff is amazing and they explain you everything to make sure that you are good with everything and Dr. Eleanor she is the sweetest person ever 😍thank you very much for taking care of me guys
