The environment was clean, welcoming, and baby-friendly. Everyone was engaging, patient, and so good at making the kids feel comfortable. My baby absolutely loved the music, movement, and interactive play.
I also appreciated how the class encouraged early learning—helping with rhythm, coordination, and social interaction. It was a great way to bond with my child while also meeting other parents. A plus was also the fact you can pay extra to bring someone a great was to bring a grandparent to be involved !
If you’re looking for a fun, educational, and safe music experience for your little one, I highly recommend this place !“

218 S Highland Ave, Ossining“Andre is a good owner here i visited here for a week and was offered by a very kind woman named sharlene she was very helpful to me and offered a 3 day free pass she was very patient and kind and friendly very clean gym nice atmosphere here clean bathrooms and good machines wish they offered week passes but no gym in the areas offer it but if you are in the area and need a few days in the gym this anytime fitness a try you will enjoy it“

172 N Highland Ave suite 1, Ossining“I cannot rec Mack enough! He really really knows his stuff, he doesn’t waste your time, and is a pleasure to work with. I was coming back from an ACL reconstruction and he was there when I was starting to run and jump and pivot. He made sure I was doing the things I should be doing AND, most importantly he made sure I was don things right. He spotted weakness and asymmetries in my body and gave me exercises to right them. Within weeks I was feeling stronger in the areas I had been neglecting. Mack is a great guy and I can’t thank him enough for the help he gave me.“

Only gripe I would have is that traffic can be quite congested on Route 59 from Nanuet heading to the location in Spring Valley.“

“Body bank fitness is a great motivational atmosphere! Everything was very clean from the bathrooms to the machine equipment. I was able to take a cycling class and Their cycling studio is amazing. I also trained with one of the personal trainers tony reed and it was such a great experience! He was very tentative and personable I felt like I had a great effective work out!
