A good but slightly dated club. Pool is too often occupied by swim team and hard to get in. Today 4-9 whole indoor lap pool. Could use some real pickleball courts instead of having to play on basketball court
About Life Time
Life Time Bergen County is an upscale athletic country club offering a range of amenities, including an expansive fitness floor, unlimited yoga and studio classes, eucalyptus steam rooms, and indoor and outdoor pools. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of equipment and personal space. Members appreciate the daycare for tots, classes, and individualized attention from staff. However, some members have expressed concerns about registration policies for seniors, which they feel are restrictive and discriminatory. Despite this, the gym remains one of the best in the area, with well-spaced equipment and excellent customer service. The locker and shower areas are spotless and fully stocked, and there are many classes and resources available for seniors. While some suggest improvements like hotter saunas and a cold plunge, the overall experience is highly positive, especially for those seeking a high-quality fitness environment.

The gym is extremely welcoming. The staff at the from are very polite and makes you feel at home . We heard they are in a process of renovating sauna and stream . I’m excited for the new experience.
Keep up good work .

Happy here. For the price, I definitely expect to see more Cleaning staff around the gym. I think it’s time for dumbbell upgrades.. they’re a little….. stinky.
However, the child care is such a huge perk. The kids academy team does such an amazing job in there. I cannot recommend it enough.
It is so amazing to be able to drop your kid off for up to two hours without worrying about them and taking time for yourself.
Definitely gets a little crowded at times on the gym floor. But you won’t have a problem if you don’t mind that. Everyone is there to work out and get a job done.
