“Took pc there cause the AIO fans i had gotten installed were making louder noise than normal. The guy called me and said how i had mounted the aio wrong and wired wrong and cpu(?) was put wrong way . I was like okay and he said the charge was gonna be over 220 i was like okay i had no other choice . Picked it up brought it home and as soon as i did i realized the fans were mounted the wrong way.. the front fans was pushing the air out , air while the top (AIO) fans were exhausting air in which is wrong caus the debris can fall. i put 1+1 together and re swapped and re did all the fans on the case to right way . Before the glass was getting hot while I wasnt even playing any game .. after i redid all the fans around the case temperature got stable.“

I was fairly charged $80 altogether for the part and labor, but my phone I received back had no flash or back camera capability. After notifying Luigi, he offered to have them repaired, free of charge. Overall, great experience!“

“Fantastic experience! I brought in my MacBook Pro after the battery was dead after a long time of no use. I tried to change out the battery and accidentally ruined the motherboard in the process. Randy, the owner, is amazing and he was able to diagnose and fix it the same day (in about 20 mins), by swapping out the parts with a replacement that he already had. I truly appreciated the excellent and quick service.

I had gone to Microcenter (computer retail chain shop) earlier in the day to try to get it fix and not only was the customer service there horrible, but they wanted to charge $80 just to diagnose the problem and you would still be waiting a week or more before they can fix it. I do not recommend going to the large retail shops as they charge way too much for poor service. Would recommend supporting this small business vs going to the greedy retail chains that has poor customer service.
