Melaina was able to charm the little ones into sitting to get their hair checked. She patiently treated those of us that needed treating and explained everything clearly.

The administrative staff was incredible and very responsive, and the care coordinator and aides were wonderful. Unfortunately, we . only used their services for a short time (our loved one passed), but the care that every aide gave was outstanding; each aide was on time, polite, professional and very dedicated to caring for our mother.
