Very experience and knowledgeable and loves what she does. My daughter was so happy and relieved that she was lice free in our own home. Services are done in the comfort of your own home. Nothing bad to say at all. Those that have kids know the nightmare of lice. Its not fun. You want to hang your head and cry. If you dont have the hours in the day to go through your hair or your kids hair, this is the way to go. Their hair comb is waaayyyyyy better than the one in the store. They also use natural products, so you can avoid toxic chemicals. In addition---Great service!! Arrived next day. Catherine was the tech. She was very professional and amazing.
