“I am more than happy with the care we received from Holistic Veterinary Center. We started to worry when Casper, our cat, began laying around for hours at a time, very low energy or motivation. Lethargic, essentially.. She stopped playing with us, her toys or her sister. This was very out of character so we knew something was wrong. We scheduled a visit to bring her in. The appointment only took ~30 mins - 1 hour. She was given an acupuncture treatment, an herbal medication, had bloodwork and other holistic therapies done. After bringing Casper home, literally WITHIN AN HOUR she was full of energy, running around with her sister and playfully swatting at our dog (like she always does..?) It was incredible.. I really couldn't believe it to be honest. Dr. Scerba is truly a veterinary magician.. her staff is helpful and friendly also. I had a wonderful experience, as I know my cat did, and I would recommend HVC to ANYONE!!?“

“Boght is amazing. All these reviews with people whining and saying the line is busy, no appointments, the staff is mean, etc is insane! They have a detailed message saying how busy they are and how overwhelmed the vet business as a whole is. All the younger people at the counter are extremely nice and have always gone out of there way to help me. The phone is busy a lot so I just keep trying. I don't cry about it. The younger people at the counter are dealing with rude, insulting, demanding customers who think they should get whatever they want whenever they want it. Not the case!! Cut the front end some slack! Just because they won't put up with your nastiness you leave them a bad review??? I'd recommend Boght over and over to anyone who wants affordable, compassionate, knowledgeable care for their pet. All they ask is that you treat the entire staff with respect!“

“We had a not so great experience at a different vet earlier in the day. Our dog was clearly in pain. I stopped in and spoke with the receptionist who was extremely kind. At this point in the day I was on the verge of tears. They were so sweet, they were able to squeeze us in, for an additional charge which was totally understandable considering it considered an emergency appointment.Dr. butler and his team treated our scared guy so well. They were all patient and understanding. He explained everything to us so it made sense and not only eased our concerns but our dog was more comfortable after he left.I am so grateful for them! We are for sure life long clients from this point on!“
