We absolutely love Dr. Fontanella and her demeanor. She sat on the floor with our dog until she was comfortable with her before her exam and took the time to earn her trust — without rushing the visit. Highly recommend!”

“My family have been clients of the Haven Animal Hospital in Malta, New York since 1994. They have been there for us every way that counts. We board our dogs there, they do annual physicals for all of our dogs and cats, they have been there for some very tough diagnosis and, unfortunately, have been there for us when we needed to make humane decisions for our pets. From the front desk, the vet techs and Dr. T herself, we have always been treated with kindness, compassion and respect. I've recommended friends to Dr. T and family members. Dr. T will not order unnecessary tests and she refers you to specialists when appropriate. I can't say enough good things about this business.”

“I would like to add to a previously posted review. Recently Dr. Keith Payton has worked with my dog Lexi. Once again my experience was beyond anything I could have asked for. This includes the staff at Harmony! Every single staff member that we encountered were gracious, supportive and more than willing to go above and beyond. This visit was a difficult one for us as she has severe life threatening health issues. I trust Harmony Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Keith implicitly and am grateful beyond what I can express in words.
