“We had a not so great experience at a different vet earlier in the day. Our dog was clearly in pain. I stopped in and spoke with the receptionist who was extremely kind. At this point in the day I was on the verge of tears. They were so sweet, they were able to squeeze us in, for an additional charge which was totally understandable considering it considered an emergency appointment.Dr. butler and his team treated our scared guy so well. They were all patient and understanding. He explained everything to us so it made sense and not only eased our concerns but our dog was more comfortable after he left.I am so grateful for them!
