I love that this is a small practice. I can ask as many questions as I want and they're always answered. It's not like a big machine where they're pumping people and animals in and out of there as fast as they can.
Our 10 year old chocolate lab had surgery last week. He is doing exceptionally well. The cost was half what we expected and the outcome was twice what we expected. The entire staff at the Haven is loving, respectful and professional. We seldom kennel our guy, but would not leave him anywhere but the Haven.
We have been going to the Haven for almost 20 years and other family members have used the Haven for even longer!Dr. Desiree is fantastic with our dogs. She is incredibly knowledgeable and in our opinion the best vet around. She is honest and thorough with no sugar coating. Her top priority is the health and wellness of your pets.The veterinary staff is fantastic. Kind, caring, accommodating, friendly and attentive.We have boarded our pets here as well, and are secure in knowing they are well cared for during our absence.
