I was referred to Dave owner of CDRC and it was the best referral somebody could’ve gave me working with DAVE and Phil to completely rehab. The outside of my house was nothing but professional and outstanding their attention to detail was amazing and if I made any type of change orders, they were right on top of it to do the right thing for me and DAVE and Phil would always answer my questions and pick up the phone whenever I called them I do have to say the craftsmanship of their workers is better than any. I can't begin to say what a wonderful experience it was working Dave and CDR. They delivered what they promised and beyond. On time, everyday. Respectful, hardworking and true craftsman. The team started on the day we contracted and finished within the given timeframe. No hidden costs - honest and fair pricing. Our 16 x 20 family room is amazing - we love it. I recommend Dave and his crew to all our neighbors. Well done CDR!

My wife and I came to Dave with a huge project- building a 1,500 sqft 3 bed, 2 bath second floor addition to our home. We looked at multiple contractors and had a few consultations. We were immediately impressed by Dave's professionalism and knowledge of the industry and it was an easy choice for us. He is a pleasure to work with and every contractor on his team worked with professionalism and competence.
