The crew of Bob, Ryan and Ryan came to our home and were courteous and respectful of our home. I have a lifetime of experience in the construction trades so I can tell when men are capable and efficient. These men were pros and did an extremely good job. To say I'm happy with the work is an understatement. We can already tell our home is more comfortable and our furnace runs far less. I chose them for the job (from among several other contractors) not only because they have done other high-quality work at my mother’s aging home. But also because they provided a very detailed estimate, and spent time with me patiently explaining the estimate, as well as the process to be used in doing the work. Discussing job with Mark gave me a high confidence level that the work would be done right. Also, they priced the job accurately and fairly. They weren’t the cheapest, nor the most expensive. They stuck to their estimate, except for a cost increase due to hidden rotted, unstable areas, which was noted in estimate as a possibility (once the old porch was removed). We are very satisfied with their work, and pleased with the new porch. From start to finish, J&K were top-notch.“
