From start to finish, they were extremely professional and very reasonable priced. He took the time and patience to explain exactly how the dress was preserved, showed me everything in detail and made sure I understood how to properly store and care for it. That kind of personal attention means so much. He even helped me bring the preserved dress out to my car which I truly appreciated. I brought the shoes that I was going to wear and she helped me pick the length, which was very helpful because it was very long and hard for me to tell where the dress would hit once hemmed.
