They came highly recommended by my wedding dress designer. The person I spoke to on the phone initially for information and coordinating was very friendly and helpful! They picked up my gown, and a few weeks later dropped it back off to me cleaned, repaired and boxed for storage. They stayed in touch with me while they had my gown to keep me updated on the timeline as well. Price was great; I couldn't be happier!

Simply the best! I have been using Copeland for approximately 40 years and it is my go to place for fine dry cleaning for my less expensive items. I occasionally go to another cleaner, but anything of any quality goes directly to Copeland the service of the staff and the quality of the cleaning and alterations are superior. I would recommend them to anyone
