If they notice there's a lining issue, or there's a rip on the pants, they will reach out to you and will tell you all the options before they move forward. They don't just decide what to do on their own, which many dry cleaners end up doing.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I’m very pleased with the quality of all the work they do- dry cleaning is excellent, shirt laundering is good, and the tailoring was perfect- I had the length of my suit pants shortened a bit and it came out very neat and even (and inexpensive, if I might add).
