I personally had an issue with my clothes being stuck at Jim Jam ahead of a wedding that I had the very next day. I was told they went on vacation but after getting in contact with someone, they reached out to me and were very open to meeting me before their flight, which I truly appreciated. I am pleased with how helpful they were. I will continue to use their services. Thank you Jim-Jam!

Very courteous establishment. The owner himself walked me to my car with my contents in hand and placed it in my vehicle. I was very grateful for that. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Best cleaners I’ve ever been too in my years of dry cleaning my clothes
