Despite some occasional discrepancies, J & J Cleaners is known for its excellent service, going above and beyond for customers.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about J & J Dry Cleaners. Two weeks ago, my family went through a devastating apartment fire and lost nearly everything, including most of our clothing. During such a difficult and emotional time, the kindness and compassion we experienced here truly meant the world to us.
The owner went above and beyond to help our family. He carefully cleaned all of the clothing we were able to salvage and treated our situation with such understanding and care. Not only did he do an incredible job restoring the clothes, but he also showed genuine kindness and generosity by helping us out with the cost.
I gave them a bunch of shirts that needed a deep cleaning and they were up to the task. Other dry cleaners would not pre-treat the collars or stains, but J &J did it. All shirts came back beautiful, like new.Service: Laundry pick-up

Staff are lovely. Owner seems like a decent person..BUT, for reasons that I don’t understand, although they were provided, I did not get the 99¢ price per men’s shirt laundered and pressed on a hanger. These were simple short sleeved 100% cotton men’s shirts from Kohl’s. Nothing tricky. I was charged $5 per shirt. The owner said the 99¢ is for ‘white business shirts only’ and proceeded to hold up a pile of finished shirts that were given that price. Only one of them was white; the rest were patterned. The shirts look good and I know from other people that he is a nice guy, but I really don’t appreciate being lied to or scammed or getting the short end… read full review
