I have been coming here for years and they are AMAZING! This is the kind of place where they will know you quickly and you will feel like family. Always timely and great service with wonderful on site alterations.

As for the review complaining that their alterations weren’t done on time, what the post failed to mention was that the tailor had gotten into a terrible car accident and totaled her car the evening before and was in the hospital. I know because I also had a stack of pants that I was scheduled to pick up that Saturday evening (a rush job I had dropped off the week prior with 10 pairs of pants because I’m vertically challenged). They're the best dry cleaner in Long Beach, hands down. Allen and Lisa run the place, husband and wife, and they're about as sweet as people get. They handle all my everyday dry cleaning, mostly dress shirts and suits for work, and it always comes back sharp and on time.
What really won me over was my wife's wedding dress. They cleaned and preserved it and treated it like it was their own. They even fit some items and photos from our wedding day into the box, visible through a viewing window so you don't have to open it to see them. That's not something you hand off to just anybody, and they nailed it.

This family owned business had been doing it right for over 40 yrs. They do dry cleaning right! The tailoring side is a huge part of their business and you cannot find better tailors around. Kudos to Allen and Lisa.
