Since he started to join the karate group in Kyodai,he is able to control his anger better, and he focuses on what he is doing. The last school year he had awarded in many areas. “Excellent facility. It's not just punching and kicking. You are learning proper technique so you can maximize speed and power. The pace is phenomenal, gets the heart rate up and you will definitely sweat if you put in the work. I also like that they do strength training and focus on stretching during the cool down. Great program.Update: Still attending classes regularly, and I am not in the intermediate classes. Focus is on mitt work, Thai pads, and heavy bag. Learning slipping, bobbing, footwork and of course good technique. I had a chance to attend the challenge of champions in December and won 1st place in kickboxing. The sparring sessions before the tournament were invaluable. Great staff, great workout, and yes you are really learning to fight (if that's what you want).“
