“Great little hidden gem of a dojo where its not about the money or the ranks first but traditional Japanese Shotokan. Techniques and count offs spoken in Japanese. Very detail oriented. Kids classes and separate adult classes. Not a mcdojo.“

“Excellent facility. It's not just punching and kicking. You are learning proper technique so you can maximize speed and power. The pace is phenomenal, gets the heart rate up and you will definitely sweat if you put in the work. I also like that they do strength training and focus on stretching during the cool down. Great program.Update: Still attending classes regularly, and I am not in the intermediate classes. Focus is on mitt work, Thai pads, and heavy bag. Learning slipping, bobbing, footwork and of course good technique. I had a chance to attend the challenge of champions in December and won 1st place in kickboxing. The sparring sessions before the tournament were invaluable. Great staff, great workout, and yes you are really learning to fight (if that's what you want).“

“When I started it at first i was scared because how strict it is. After the class is over, beginner break a wooden board. But I wish that it opens every day. I test the white belt,yellow belt, yellow belts name is hard, but I know the white belt. I’m on yellow belt with orange stripe. My card is ZHENG TERRENCE.“
