“Every visit to Upper Canada Animal Hospital is pleasant from beginning to end. A staff member came into the room to admire my handsome orange cat and give him a treat, and Dr. Baskin was efficient and thorough with the exam and vaccinations. He discovered some things about my cat that I didn't realize; ie. a split at the end of his tongue. I would highly recommend this clinic.“

“Hands down the best clinic in the region. Could not recommend heartland enough to anyone looking for a great vet. The staff have been a dream to work with. Our previous vets have been very hesitant and unwilling to work with our American bully, and this couldn’t be further from the case here.

“Were able to fit my pet in next day/ same day when needed! Very friendly staff and were more than willing to deal with my unpleasant cat and able to treat him without issue. Treatments can be pricey but thats just how it goes with vets these days. My only complaint is at some points i felt a little brushed off, and they thought my cat had eaten garbage or something and just went with that even tho it was 100% not the case, and ignored my reasoning. But we were able to come to a solution anyways and my guy is doing great now. Overall this is the most pleasant vet office i have experienced in this area, and my visit was generally good.“
