Our cat, Oliver needed to be seen due to what looked to be a skin infection. We received same day service and the doctors treated Oliver like their own. They never try to upsell with unnecessary tests and are VERY reasonably priced. We will always be a loyal customer!

This is a huge debate for me. My dogs and I absolutely love Dr. McCarthy and would give him 7 stars. He is very patient and kind. He treats my furbabies like there his own family. Now, the front staff is a huge negative factor so i had to take some stars away. The two front staff ladies are incredibly rude and condescending; I ask questions because I'm not an expert. I don't want an anxiety attack before I go to the vets.

I took my Winstonboy there and I had an absolutely pleasant visit. I was in and put and the vet was so sweet to my boy. Winston gets very nervous in unknown situations. He's also very loving and loves pets. So the doctor was so kind to pet him and hug him and comfort him when he was afraid of his shots. All my babies will be coming here from now on. And the receptionists were lovely as well.
