I wanted a heating and cooling contractor I could trust and I found it in Bo Harper. In my experience with HVAC companies in the past, they're out to sell the new unit whether you need it or not. With Bo you'll get an honest assessment of your furnace or AC unit. If you truly need a new furnace he'll tell you. If you only need a repair then that's what he'll do. He's been out to do a number of service calls and routine maintenance for me in the five years I've been in this house. He installed a new furnace for me a few years ago but said the air conditioning unit did not need replacing. When it's time for that unit to be replaced, Bo will be the one to do it.

Beau came over within 5 minutes of me calling and had several options for how to fix an issue I was having with my A/C and the estimate was totally free. He also made time to look at my heating system and give advice on that. Very timely and knowledgeable!! Thanks, Beau!

They gave me a proposal of three different brands and prices and explained each one. I selected one of them and they installed it, including new lines (many contractors will try to sell you, because it's cheaper to clean the old lines, but that can ruin your new a/c). They had the whole thing up and running the same day and came back the next day to double check to insure no problems. Recommend them highly
